Here's the final CSP that will go to the Trust meeting. Also, Roger's email is reproduced below, to update everyone (and yes he is naughty as he should have posted it here rather than using old technology!)

At its 21 May meeting, the Executive decided the best way to ensure outcomes from MUSEUM 3.0 were reflected in the draft CSP language was to ask the Action Groups established on the last morning of MUSEUM 3.0 to themselves take on this task – to look at the ideas and thoughts generated at MUSEUM 3.0 and at the draft CSP language, and to suggest any changes/additions etc to that draft language required to reflect the MUSEUM 3.0 discussions. As most MUSEUM 3.0 participants will know, the Action Groups (each of which has at least 1 Executive member) have been meeting over the past weeks. In some cases, the Action Groups decided the issues raised at MUSEUM 3.0 were already adequately addressed in the draft CSP language, and no new wording was needed. In others, the Groups proposed changes to or new language.

Executive met on 2 June to consider comments and draft CSP language from the Action Groups. The Executive member from the relevant Action Group spoke to the Group’s proposals. The outcome of this discussion was a final CSP endorsed by Executive which, in the vast majority of cases, incorporates the Action Group suggestions. (Where these suggestions were not accepted, or were amended, the Executive member of the relevant Group is to report back to Group members.) This final CSP will now be submitted to the Trust at its 25 June meeting for endorsement.

The final CSP is available to MUSEUM 3.0 members on the MUSEUM 3.0 website. It will be available to all staff following Lynda’s presentation to next week’s staff meeting on the operation of that website.

It is up to Action Groups as to whether they wish to continue meeting into the future. Some of the CSP actions flow directly from suggestions from these Groups, and they may wish to meet periodically to assess progress. Executive members identified in the CSP as responsible for specific actions may also wish to work with/through Action Groups to help progress these actions. There is no prescriptive statement on the longevity of Action Groups.

Ah yes - but if I'd replied here, not all staff would have read it!

Yep, well that's true!! Just teasing you. I'll be opening up the site to all staff after the staff meeting Thursday so they can all have a go.
